CHEF’S SPECIAL – beef mince with traditional Smyrna blend of herbs & spices. Served with fresh tomatoes, red onion, parsley & pickled minted slaw with Greek oregano fries, drizzled with tzatziki sauce in warm Traditional Greek Flatbread! This is where things get serious! One of my favourite Greek dishes! Traditional grandmammas recipe which of course we messed with it a little and turned it into a Greek streetfood magic! Beef mince with a warm cumin notes and a lovely warmth from the Mavrodaphne…oops, have I said too much! Pure LOVE! Served on warm grilled Greek Gyros Flatbread with minted slaw, tomatoes, red onions, fresh parsley, creamy tzatziki with crispy fries and sprinkled with wild Cretian oregano!.
